Our journey back to some 'normality' is edging closer to its conclusion. Whilst we are extremely excited to resume our 'normal' hospitality, we are also acutely aware that our primary duty of care is the continued health and safety of our customers and team members.
Here's some of the things that we would like to reassure you of:-
We will not operate at full capacity to maintain safe social distancing.
Our environment will continue to be safely separated by our designer screens indoors and at safe social distance between tables outdoors.
Bar service will resume as normal but please be mindful of customers next you also wanting to order.
The rule of 6 will be relaxed allowing our larger tables to dine together.
NHS Track and trace will continue for those that wish to check in.
Face coverings will be optional, although encouraged, for team members and guests. We appreciate the weather makes it an uncomfortable environment for masks and want to be as accommodating as possible whilst being mindful of safety.
Our open door policy and one way systems where effective, will continue.
Our aim is, as always, to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests to feel comfortable.
